We have seen the continued focus of corporates on a balance of Gender Diversity in their Team across all levels in their work force,  the SEBI regulatory for a minimum of one Woman Director in a company’s Board of Directors.

Grok Search has a dedicated Diversity Search Vertical- our D&I team is led by an experienced Executive Search Professional who has serviced Diversity Talent requirements for corporates since the 1990s. The focus of the Grok Team is to build a researched Talent Pool of Diversity Professionals to service All Business Functions across all Industries.
