The Power of Perseverance

Journaling is a forgotten habit for me now, which I promise to get back to every now & then.

Getting back to it, in part, while building a narrative on my entrepreneurial journey and how we’re (continuously) evolving over the years made me realise there’s a central theme to it: “The Power of Perseverance”

Jargonistically, it is Turning Challenges into Opportunities.

In executive search & recruitment, where competition is fierce and the stakes are high, perseverance emerges as a defining trait for success. It’s not just about finding the right clients & candidates; it’s about navigating through setbacks, rejections, and uncertainties with resilience and determination.
Most of this seems unreal and theoretically probable, but this is what it takes.

To Persevere is to grow – light bulb moment on my morning walk today…to energise the self, a lot of people workout or run, whereas I walk. Yes, it’s important to sweat to unclog your pores (read mind blocks)- rationalise possibilities to be able to see alternative solutions.
There’s never only one solution to a problem: most of the times, there is another perspective that can be equally effective. That’s how one can create a differentiator.

Perseverance is the key to bouncing back stronger. “Never give up” as a mindset of analyzing feedback, refining strategies, and staying consistent & focused will ultimately lead to success.
